TAG Tek Araba Gidelim and Turk Telekom are proud to host the 2015 NASA Space Apps Challenge Istanbul event
This year the event will take place at ITU (Istanbul Technical University) Ayazaga Campus, Teknokent Ari 4-Turk Telekom building.
Teams of technologists, scientists, designers, artists, educators, entrepreneurs, software developers, and students from across Turkey will compete and collaborate across the world, utilizing publicly available data to create solutions as websites, mobile apps, electronic gadgets, clothing or simply a well-presented idea.
You don’t need to be a software developer. The best teams at Space Apps are made of people with different skillsets. Every creative mind is invited to turn an idea into a solution of a challenge.
Come join us during the weekend of 10-12 of April! We will have a lot of fun at Istanbul Technical University Ayazaga Campus, Teknokent Ari 4 Turk Telekom building, Maslak.

TAG Tek Araba Gidelim ve Türk Telekom NASA Space Apps Challenge Istanbul etkinliğinin bu yıl da sponsoru oldu.
Geçtiğimiz yıl tüm dünyada 90’dan fazla şehirde gerçekleşen ve yaklaşık 10 bin teknoloji meraklısını buluşturan etkinlikte, İstanbul katılımcı sayısı ile 4. sırada yer aldı. Ayrıca yine en fazla çözüm üreten ilk 10 şehir arasına girmeyi başaran İstanbul, bu yıl da yüzlerce teknoloji ve uzay meraklısını bir araya getirmeyi hedefliyor.
Etkinlik bu yıl İTÜ (İstanbul Teknik Universitesi) Ayazağa Kampüsü, Teknokent Arı 4-Türk Telekom binasında gerçekleştirilecek.
Türkiye’nin dört bir yanından bu eğlenceli haftasonunu birlikte geçirerek NASA’nın dünya ve uzayda önemli gördüğü sorunların çözümüne katkıda bulunacak teknolojistler, bilim adamları, tasarımcılar, sanatçılar, eğitimciler, girişimciler, yazılım geliştiricileri ve her yaştan öğrenci İstanbul’a davet ediliyor.
Tüm dünyadan ve Türkiye’den katılımcılar hem birbirilerine karşı yarışacak hem de birlikte NASA’nın halka açık bilgilerini de kullanarak websitesi, mobil uygulama, elektronik alet, robot, giyilebilir teknoloji ürünü ya da henüz fikir aşamasında olan bir yeniliği dünyanın gelişimi için sunacaklar.
Türkiye’yi global yarışmada temsil etmeye hak kazanacak 3 farklı alanda proje 12 Nisan Pazar günü yapılacak olan sunumların ardından jüri tarafından seçilecek. Seçilen 3 projenin sahipleri ya da takımlarından birer kişi, ABD'deki global seçmelerde Türk Telekom sponsorluğunda Türkiye’yi temsil etmeye hak kazanacak.
Bu etkinliğe katılmak için mutlaka bir mühendis ya da yazılım geliştiricisi olmak gerekmiyor. Space Apps Challenge’da en iyi çözümler farklı özelliklerdeki insanları bir araya getiren takımlardan çıkıyor. NASA’nın çözüm aradığı herhangi problemden birine yenilikçi bir fikirle destek olabilecek yaratıcı beyinli herkes bu etkinliğe katılabilir.
