Our project’s main goal is to create an application that allows all kinds of users to locate clean water sources. The process of locating clean water sources starts with locating any source of water and then testing it to decide whether it is clean or contaminated. To achieve this goal our data needs to be updated frequently, so we will allow technical users who will be provided by specific equipment to locate water and test it, data entered to the application will be processed and interpreted. Results will be accessed then by any kind of users to see if their source of water is clean or not.This project is solving the Clean Water Mapping challenge. Description
The challenge is to create an application that allows access to clean water sources. Two kinds of users will interact with the application, normal and technical ones. Technical users will be provided with equipment that will enable them to test water availability and its quality, and then they will enter the results of the tests. The application will take charge of analyzing and interpreting the results of the tests. Normal users will have access to the final interpreted data, in which they will see a map and they get to choose the region where they want to see the availability of drinking water
