Pi mAPPS is a Web and Mobile App that encourages technical and home users to share info about water resources near them. By using crowdsourcing the app ensures that there is updated and verified info. This app is designed for iOS and Android devices, phones and tablets, using the best UX possible for encourage data inclusion in the fastest and simplest way. The main screen is the map, where the user can see all the data points, zoom in and out, view the detailer markers and create-modify them.

This project is solving the Clean Water Mapping challenge.

Our project seeks to use all available sources of information about water resources, for the common and technical users to browse that info in a fast and simple way. The data inclusion is simple on the first stage, but we expect to design an integration with government sources for a first database state charged up with information useful since the beggining.

The main goal is to be the main source of water resources information in 5 years, expanding the sources of information and it's verification via crowdsourcing.
