IzanaAsteroid App

IzanaAsteroid is an Android application and web service to show asteroid proximity alerts and other associated information about NEO's like orbital parameters, orbit simulation, astronomical and physical ephemeris, collision damage estimation, among others.

Our aim with this project is show to all people that we are in constant danger of cosmic impact while we are living our daily lives and for that reason is necessary explore the outer space looking for objects in possible course of collision. To get that aim this application shows an asteroid proximity alert and the consequences of an hypothetical collision between the earth and the nearest object of the day.
