Immo229 is a website designed to help people looking to rent a property and the people who set a property for rent by creating a direct relationship with them, avoiding estate agency fees.
A property owner, make an announcement on the site with the description, location, pictures of the property and his contacts (email, phone numbers).
On the other hand, because of its free use, Immo229 will be a quick search instance and enable the seeker to have several proposals and find the owners contacts.
Apart from the ads, visitors can create alerts based on defined criteria. These alerts allow them to receive ads which match the defined criteria by mail. Thus, they will not have to come all the time to check the site.
It's planned to develop a mobile application that will allow access to Immo229 more easily, more quickly. With the mobile app, alert mails can be received directly notification like Whatsapp messages.
