Our project included building a tool that will help the web site owners to locate their visitors via their IP address. The tool is developer oriented and could be incorporated into different environments.Description
Geo Location is written in Python using the GeoIP database (file downloaded from MaxMind.com) covering network addresses from all over the world and is updated once a month. Our goal is to offer an optimized tool for locating the visitors that are visiting the site using their personal computers (devices that are not GPS traceable) and could be embedded into different environments and platforms.
