We are trying to indentify and visualize crops and other growing food to cope up with the increasing consuming population and proper dissemination of the produced food to areas which are affected by food insecurity using leaflet/google map api to visualize the crops that are produced, agricultured, and yield in NepalThis project is solving the Food Directions challenge. Description
To give information about foods and crops that are suitable for a particular area and whose production can help reduce food insecurity to the concerned peoples specially farmers. We are using Leaflet maps and mapbox. We are using multiple layers for types of crops like cash crops, food crops etc accordingly ,Bootstrap is being used for theme and Json is used for keeping up with the data. We are using government statistics(local) related to crop yields and productions to be included as an information in our app.
