Our project is a website that has a visual representation of asteroid orbits and provides the masses with information needed to educate themselves further on asteroids. We also allow for people to submit personal solutions to problems related to asteroids in order to encourage innovation among potential astronomers and astrophysicists.This project is solving the Visualize the Asteroid Skies challenge. Description
With our project, we aim to educate the masses about the threat posed by asteroids orbiting near earth and do that by simultaneously providing a visually appealing representation for how asteroids really do move through our solar system.
