iss-live-stream

Our team chose the space station telemetry app challenge, a challenge that maximizes the utility of sent and selected telemetry from space. With our project we manage to receive all the updates of the Telemetry Data Dictionary (that NASA gave access to) about all the satellites and objects from the ISS. In that manner we graphically show the data we assume it is important, such as water presence, percent of oxygen, coordinates of the objects and so on. We also did a mobile application, with a full responsive design and a Windows Forms application regarding the same data.

This project is solving the Space Station Telemetry App challenge.

Description

Our goal is to show in a creative way that data stream sent from space is used in a big amount nowadays and we also want to point out the interesting concept that telemetry provides. Our team managed to do that by selecting all the important resources and representing them with a unique design, how this concept works on mobile phones etc. We think that with a smart selection of the resources, people that mostly work in monitoring and other similar areas and in that way they can define conclusions about objects that are present in an inaccessible environments.
