The healthy food is made up of 2-apple's +5 carrot+2 strawberry..it gives the more energy up to 5-7 hours.. with mixing of little amount of water .all these are mix together by mixie . After allow for 2-3 minutes for wetting.cool it for 10-15 minutes by keeping in fridge ..And finally after cooling adding little amount of sugar .( 2-3 spoons) and add other ingredients for more taste .finally the Healthy food is ready for eating..it is very useful in space.This project is solving the Print Your Own Space Food challenge. This projects aims that to provide quality food by my idea. It gives more energy (5-6) hours The 250 gm of food is enough for a person There is no health risk in this healthy food It is used in every space station..
